Our in-house Sauna is an excellent tool to help you relax prior to or after your next massage or counselling session. Saunas have many proven health benefits aside from pure relaxation, such as:
Improved cardiovascular endurance
Recovery aid

Lowering risk of Alzheimer’s & Dementia.
Stress reduction
Aside from the many health benefits regular heat exposure provides, the high temperatures also help your muscles and connective tissues warm-up and relax, enabling our practitioners to perform deeper work.
Appointments are available in one hour increments, allowing you to choose a time-frame that works best for your heat tolerance and schedule. We recommend spending 30-45 minutes in the sauna, taking breaks as needed, as well as regularly re-hydrating. Towels and shower are provided in-house.
