BEHAVIOURS EMOTIONS ILLNESSES EXISTENTIAL ISSUES
Heart-Centred Hypnotherapy integrates the ancient, sensory state of hypnosis with mindfulness and guided visualization, cognitive-behavioural therapy, parts theory, neurolinguistic programming, Reichian dis-armouring, and emotional release techniques. Clients are aware of themselves and the entire room throughout the session and retain full memory of each moment.
The process is self-paced, safely guided and influenced by each person’s inner world of imagery, senses, and meaning. Practitioners have specialized training in supporting, releasing, and regulating intense emotions and traumatic memories; and have each experienced the work themselves, deeply and extensively. Many clients describe HCH as several sessions in one.
HCH is part of a larger series of practices and interventions, called Heart-Centred Therapies, developed and disseminated for the last 35 years out of Washington State, USA, by Diane Zimberoff, LMFT and David Hartman, LCSW, at The Wellness Institute, which they also created, along with an extensive inventory of research and writings, in the Journal of Heart-Centred Therapies.

Full sessions also include specialized notes to help you retain and continue the neurolinguistic reprogramming and deepen new pathways discovered.
